TPX-220 sol Mixed Solution of PTA and TO |
TPX-220 sol is a mixed solution of PTAsol and TOsol. A film coated TPXsol achieves photocatalytic effect and hardness strength of the film can be made after drying at room temperature. TPX is a neutral solution that can be applied to various materials including metal and resin. A coated film with TPX sol never dissolves in water. Photocatalytic effect and hardness of the film can be increased when it is heated. Spraying coating is the most suitable way for TPXsol. But substrates can be dipped into the TPXsol liquid or applied by brush. The film’s hardness decreases when it is not sufficiently dried. Photocatalytic activity and the hardness of the coated film can be increased when it is heated within the permissible high temperature of the substrate. A coated film does not decrease the hardness due to the time change. |
